This program, is open to any person currently receiving EI or one who has has established an EI claim in the past 3 years or, in the case of parental leave, in the past five years.
(Note: No wage subsidy may be implemented until both employer and employee have been approved for the wage subsidy. Both must be approved before employment begins.)

If you are ready to hire a new employee who meets these simple guidelines, or if you would like us to help you find one who does, then you, as the Employer, may be eligible to receive a monthly reimbursement to help cover the cost of orientation and providing work experience!

Eligible Employers are those who are:

Located in the Lower Mainland and,

Have a valid business license and have,

Been in business for more than one year and

Can provide at least 30 hrs/wk of employment.

In eleven years we’ve assisted over 2700 clients find work of their choosing. The vast majority were still employed 3 months after starting and employers are pleased with the simplicity and success of the subsidy program.
